Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Dynamix Worx – Institute of Construction Management, all our programs and certifications are delivered digitally. We do not ship or deliver any physical goods.

📦 No Physical Shipping

Dynamix Worx offers 100% online training programs.
All course materials, lesson plans, tests, and certifications are provided via email or through secure digital delivery systems.

📘 Lesson Plan Delivery

  • Full Payment:
    Students who complete full payment will receive immediate access to the complete lesson plan via email.

  • Easy Payment Plan:
    Students on an installment plan will receive a lesson plan notation after the initial payment. Full course access and certification tests will be released only after the final payment is confirmed.

🧾 Test & Certification Delivery

  • Certification tests are emailed to students when they become eligible.

  • Graded results and official digital certificates are emailed in PDF format to the registered email address.

  • No physical certificate or printed document will be shipped.

📩 Email Confirmation

All digital deliveries (lesson plans, tests, certificates) are sent to the email address provided during enrollment. Please ensure that your email is correct and active.

If you do not receive your materials within 24–48 hours after eligibility/payment, contact us at support@dynamixworx.com.
