You may cancel your enrollment under the following conditions:

  • Before Lesson Plan Delivery:
    If you cancel your course before the lesson plan is delivered, you are eligible for a full refund (minus any transaction fees, if applicable).

  • After Lesson Plan Delivery:
    Once the lesson plan has been sent via email (whether full or partial access), no refund will be issued, even if you choose not to continue the course.

  • Payment Plan Cancellations:
    If you’re enrolled through our Easy Payment Plan and wish to cancel after the initial payment, no partial refund is allowed. However, no further payments will be collected.

We provide limited refunds under specific conditions:

  • 100% Refund:
    If you cancel within 24 hours of payment and the lesson plan has not been sent, you’re eligible for a full refund.

  • No Refund will be provided:

    • After the full or partial lesson plan is shared.

    • If you do not complete the course or submit the test.

    • For failing the test or not meeting certification criteria.

    • For delay in course access due to incorrect email or contact details provided by the student.

  • Technical Issues:
    In case of duplicate payments or transaction errors, please contact us at support@dynamixworx.com with proof. Verified errors will be refunded in full.

Our team will respond within 3-5 business days and initiate any applicable refunds to your original payment method within 7–10 working days, if approved.
